CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile, 17-year-old Neveah Mann. She was last seen on Sept. 18, at approximately 7:30 a.m. at her residence in the 300 block of Jack Miller Boulevard. Mann is approximately 5-feet tall, weighs 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
