Albertsons Companies in Boise, Idaho, has announced $9 million in multiyear grants to nonprofits focused on food security. Part of the Albertsons Companies Foundation’s Nourishing Neighbors Innovation Spark Grants program-now in its second year-the funds were divided equally among three organizations working to move people out of food insecurity: Alpenglow Impact, Hunger Free America, and the North Texas Food Bank.
