LUBBOCK, Texas — First responders were called a crash between a car and an 18-wheeler near Highway 87 and County Road 7250 on Monday, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The call came in around 11:45 a.m.

Traffic in the southbound lanes of the highway was backed up.
