Inland Empire Health Plan makes Fortune list of ‘Best Workplaces in Health Care’

Inland Empire Health Plan was named Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care for a third year.

The Rancho Cucamonga-based Inland Empire Health Plan , best known as IEHP, is one of the nation’s largest Medicaid health plans, and the largest not-for-profit Medicare-Medicaid public health plan in the country.

IEHP has offices and providers throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

High Desert’s IEHP

In April, Inland Empire Health Plan officials celebrated the 5th anniversary of its Victorville-based Community Wellness Center.

Since its doors opened, the center has offered supportive services for those struggling with weight and/or loneliness. It also provides services to people seeking housing, after-school programming and food, officials said.

IEHP and other companies across the country were recognized by Fortune for a workplace culture that is positive and provides personal and career development to employees, according to a statement by the health plan .

The Rancho Cucamonga health plan ranked 14th among 45 health organizations on the list for 2024 , with Texas Health Resources in Arlington, Texas taking the No. 1 spot.
