BATTLE CREEK – Meet the Battle Creek Enquirer Athletes of the Week, presented by Oaklawn Hospital.

Each week during the high school sports season, we will ask our readers to vote for the top performance of the week in all the spring sports, taking a look at events from Monday-Saturday.

Make sure to vote early and often for your pick, as the winner will be featured in an Athlete of the Week spotlight story in the Sunday edition of the Enquirer. Fans can vote for their favorite athlete until Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Seth Keson

Bellevue Football

Bellevue improved to 3-1 with a 62-18 win over St. Philip on Saturday. Bellevue running back Seth Keson had a monster game with 323 yards rushing on 18 carries and four touchdowns. He added a 56-yard touchdown catch as well. On defense, Keson had six tackles.

Luke Lawrence

Climax-Scotts Football

Climax-Scotts improved to 3-1 on the season with a 62-14 conference win over Colon. Luke Lawrence had five touchdown runs for Climax-Scotts as he finished with 243 yards rushing on 15 carries.
