A 14-year-old girl has been charged with using TikTok to make threats of violence against a Lancaster County school district, police said. The girl was charged as a juvenile on Friday with one count of making terroristic threats in connection to the online threats against the Lampeter Strasburg School District, which West Lampeter Township police said were a “prank” and not credible.
