GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay woman accused of keeping an animal and her mother in poor living conditions had a status conference on Wednesday morning. Wisconsin Circuit Court records show that 39-year-old Elizabeth Drake was in custody and present in court, and the present bond was continued.
