Evans’ office reported that Augustine was allegedly involved in several fraud schemes during her time as a SWBNO special agent.

Court documents allege that Augustine charged a police detail customer for hours not worked and used a SWBNO computer to conduct a home-purchase scheme, where she “allegedly created fake documents, including a fake W-2 form, fake pay stubs and fake bank statements” during some times when she reportedly should have been doing police detail work.
