ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Absentee voting begins Tuesday in Missouri and early voting begins Thursday in Illinois. In the Metro East, Madison County election officials will be using new vote tabulation machines for the first time in a presidental election. County clerk Linda Andreas said she hopes the machines give voters additional confidence in the outcome of elections.
