HOUSTON, Texas – Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 1400 Lockwood Drive around 9:55 p.m. on Saturday. The identity of the deceased male, 18, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department (HPD).
