2 men arrested for east side Indy road rage shooting

INDIANAPOLIS — State Police have arrested two men in connection to a road rage shooting last week on Indy’s east side that injured one person.

Kevin Hill, 59, and Terrance Seagraves, 30, both of Indianapolis, have been arrested by State Troopers in connection to the shooting. Both men now face preliminary charges of attempted murder.

ISP said two troopers were stopping for a meal around 8 p.m. Friday near the intersection of 21st Street and Shadeland Avenue when they heard gunfire from the lot across the street. The two troopers “jumped into action” and responded to the restaurant parking lot just south of 21st.

The two arrived and found one man who had been shot. One trooper remained on scene and gave the victim medical aid while the other trooper began searching for suspects.

ISP said that – within seconds – the trooper found a black Ford Escape about a half mile from the shooting that matched the suspect vehicle description. Police reportedly found a handgun dropped just outside the car and Hill and Seagraves sitting inside.
