Marshall Dennehey is expanding its Florida Workers’ Compensation practice with the addition of Blake Hood, who joined the firm’s Jacksonville office as a shareholder. Board certified in workers’ compensation by The Florida Bar, Hood has more than 20 years of experience defending employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in claims and appeals under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Act. His practice also extends to cases involving the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.
