DES MOINES, Iowa – Traffic around Southwest Ninth Street and DART Way will be impacted as the Des Moines Fire Department responds to a ruptured natural gas line. According to the Des Moines Fire Department, Southwest Ninth Street going southbound is temporarily closed at Murphy Street. The leak was reported shortly before 5:30 p.m. Monday.
