SAN ANTONIO – Nearly a dozen residents are picking up the pieces after a series of car break-ins Monday morning. Rosario Avila is 70 years old and says she does not feel safe living at the Village at Roosevelt Apartments on the south side. She even went so far as to buy a steering wheel lock for her car.
