TOLEDO, Ohio – There is a change of plans for three roundabout projects in the city of Toledo – at least, for now. The proposed roundabouts were included in future projects at three Toledo intersections: Kenwood Boulevard and Secor Road; Central and Detroit avenues; and Main Street and Starr Avenue.
