A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting a juvenile and then taking his clothing on West 17th Street Friday morning. Hopkinsville Police say the juvenile was at his girlfriend’s house when her child’s father, 19-year-old Alyshawaughn Hicks, showed up, struck him several times, then demanded his clothing or he would shoot and kill him.
