In Virginia Beach the stage is quickly being set to welcome Neptune’s International Sandsculpting Championship, where 32 elite sand sculptors from 12 countries will showcase their stunning talents. Traveling from such diverse regions such as Latvia, South Korea, The Netherlands and Ukraine, these world-renowned artists will converge to create stunning works of art using nothing more than sand and water.
