COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A father is demanding justice for his 30-year-old daughter after the man involved in her death was sentenced to a year in prison. Brianna McPherson was hit and killed in September of 2023 while walking home on North 26th Street after coaching a Comstock Public Schools volleyball game.
