MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A man was stabbed in the neck and another was cut at a bar in downtown Madison Sunday morning, the Madison Police Department said Monday. A man allegedly attacked a 58-year-old with a knife in City Bar on State St. around 1:00 a.m., stabbing him in the neck, officials said.
