BOCA RATON, Fla. – Boca Raton officials are releasing new details about a shooting that left two people dead over the weekend. 30-year-old De’Vante Moss of Boynton Beach is now charged with two counts of first-degree murder with a firearm and one count of attempted first-degree murder with a firearm in that case.
