EUGENE, Ore. – A crowd is expected to form at the Eugene City Council Monday night on the topic of feeding homeless people at Washington Jefferson Park. Breakfast Brigade, a homeless outreach group, is asking the City of Eugene to restore its special use permit which allowed them to serve meals at Washington Jefferson Park four days a week.
