BAKERSFIELD, CALIF. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 9-year-old boy last seen in east Bakersfield. Rodney Parker was last seen in the area of Knotts Street and Gage Street riding his black with blue trim, 20″ bicycle.
