MIAMI – Local 10 News has obtained dashcam footage that captured a high-speed chase over the weekend on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County. Florida Highway Patrol troopers confirmed the driver, Andrew Jesus Martinez, 20, of Hollywood, Florida, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. Saturday on charges of fleeing and eluding a marked police vehicle, resisting an officer without violence, reckless driving and driving without a valid license.
