HANAHAN, S.C. (WCIV) – A crash involving a school bus has blocked traffic on North Rhett Avenue early Tuesday morning. According to reports from the area, traffic is significantly slowednear West Lakeside Drive, with an over 4-mile backup on North Rhett Avenue. One lane is open on either side allowing traffic to pass.
