MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) – The inmate who died at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center in Moncks Corner was identified by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office Monday afternoon. Ms. Harmoney F. Timmer, 30, from Ladson, South Carolina, died after “experiencing a medical emergency” around 11:36 p.m., the county coroner reported.
