This morning, areas of rain and storms are weakening in our area. A cloudy and humid start to the Tuesday will give way to some peeks of sunshine and warming into the middle 80s. This heating plus the approaching cold front will bring rain and storms in a greater coverage. A few severe storms are possible due to the ample moisture and heat available for the cold front to aid in storm production. The cold front stalls out Tuesday night near the Cumberland Plateau.
