An Arizona man, already in police custody for sexual assault, lobster crawled around an officer sitting at a desk to allegedly rape a woman in the jail intake area. Police said Justin Avery caught a second sexual assault charge, attempted rape on top of his pre-existing aggravated sexual assault charge, after he admitted to authorities he “snuck like a spider” to rape the woman, who is seen sleeping on the floor, because of her physical appearance, using a derogatory term. Avery was reprimanded in April for the alleged sexual assaults of several women near the Tempe Campus of Arizona State University, Phoenix, according to KNXV.
