Tree Top Ranches, also known as Parma Lodge and Stables , has been owned and operated by Larry and Marianne Williams for over 25 years. The couple founded Idaho Timber back in 1979 and are well-known throughout the Treasure Valley area for their charitable giving and their avid involvement in Idaho’s sports and political realms. They are selling the vast ranch to “scale down on their holdings,” listing agent Trent Jones of Hall and Hall told the Idaho Statesman .
