Well if you needed more proof that we are all one pickleball game away from earning our wings, you’ve got it with Mass General Brigham expanding into Palm Beach County.

The teaching hospital system for Harvard Medical School plans to build medical offices at the Legacy Place shopping center in Palm Beach Gardens, adding to the cornucopia of out-of-state medical providers who want to cash in on help the surge in new residents who moved here since the pandemic.

Also this week, we’ve got more people putting their homes on the market in Palm Beach County with inventory increasing a mighty 62%, and another gazillion-dollar listing in Manalapan. It’s really not a gazillion dollars, but at $79 million it might as well be for most Americans who are still cleaning out the shelves on BOGO days at the supermarket. Seriously, I came late to a recent BOGO and all that was left were sweet and spicy jalapeno kettle chips that are now languishing in my cupboard.
