PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Police responded to a shooting Tuesday morning on Gilmerton Avenue.
Officers arrived on the 300 block of Gilmerton Avenue around 10:20 a.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
