A Kern County man is in custody on narcotics charges following the alleged discovery of large quantities of methamphetamine in his possession. According to a press release by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 99 near Rosedale Highway on Sept. 14 and discovered around 338 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle.
