FORT MEYERS, Fla. – Authorities in Florida said a “manic woman” struck a deputy with her car while driving outside the Lee County Sheriff’s Office headquarters in Fort Myers on September 23. Sheriff Carmine Marceno released footage on social media showing Deputy Bruce Fowler getting hit by the car.
