(WCIV) – Big changes are coming to the area surrounding the historic Angel Oak tree on Johns Island. “We always envisioned more green space for the Angel Oak,” said Samantha Siegel, a member of the Lowcountry Land Trust. “So that was always the plan. It was sort of a pipe dream, and now it’s actually coming true.”
