KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Knox County officials have plans to widen some county roads in growing communities. One of the roads is West Emory in Powell near Clinton Highway. Developers are currently working on finishing the BellTown neighborhood. Sarah Clark lives in the neighborhood and is happy the county is working to make the road safer for her family.
