LINCOLN, NEB – Today the Rails to Trails Conservancy shared the progress of the Great American Rail-Trail in Nebraska and the potential impact it will have on the community. The trail through Nebraska will spans to about 600 miles and is over fifty percent complete. The Great American Rail-Trail has been funded from federal to state dollars and even local dollars and will need multiple of funding resource to complete the trail says Kevin Bell Project Manager for Great American Rail-Trail Conservancy.
