SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – In Sarasota, hundreds of residents rushed to fill sandbags in preparation for the storm. The lines were long with some waiting for over two hours. Ed Smith Stadium is usually a home for spring training, but today it was a storm prep center for those who hope to protect their homes.
