HOUSTON, Texas – Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested a suspect on September 20, 2024. The traffic stop occurred in the 13000 block of Kuykendahl Road, where the driver was identified as Deiontae Mcwhorter. During the investigation, it was discovered that Mcwhorter had a warrant for a probation violation for theft, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s office.
