WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A Silver Alert has been issued in the search for a missing 66-year-old man. William Bruce was last seen leaving his home in the 5000 block of South Meridian around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, and was later seen by a family member near the Village Inn in the 3500 block of South Meridian.
