EUGENE, Ore. – A two-vehicle rollover crash in northwest Eugene on Monday afternoon left both drivers with minor injuries, according to the Eugene Police Department. According to EPD officials and fire and EMS CAD logs, officers responded shortly before 11:30 a.m. on September 23 to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 99 North and Royal Avenue. Two vehicles traveling in opposite directions collided, with one vehicle spinning out and the second vehicle rolling over onto its side, police said.
