News 15 Investigates has obtained surveillance video showing the moments leading up to a deadly shooting in Kaplan. The victim had just run away from a white car in the parking lot of the Dollar General Market, then moments later he walked back toward the car. Someone got out of the car, pointed a gun, and chased the victim toward the Dollar General. The deadly shooting happened outside the frame of view, but the camera captured the shooter get back into the car and drive off.
