A traffic stop on North Drive for disregarding a traffic light led to charges for a Hopkinsville man and woman Monday night. Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a car driven by 53-year-old Frank Williams for disregarding a traffic light, and during the stop, a law enforcement K9 alerted to drugs being in the vehicle.
