Ex-Publishing Company President Convicted of Wire Fraud, Embezzles $1.3 Million for Personal Luxuries

A former president of a Beverly Hills-based publishing company has been convicted on counts of wire fraud for embezzling more than $1.3 million, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Kimberly Ann Miletta, 51, of Ventura, who once headed Phoenix Books used her position to fund personal luxuries at the expense of the business and its owner.
