It’s all about 66 in Oklahoma

There are so many unique places to see along Route 66 across Missouri and into Oklahoma. Pops is one of those fun roadside attractions. It’s a gas station, restaurant, store, and not to mention how amazing an experience it is for Route 66 fans.

One of the entertaining elements of this venue is the theme of soda pop. Outside is a giant sign that’s in the shape of a soda pop bottle and is more colorful at night.

Inside are glass walls with shelves lined with soda pop bottles and they’re arranged by color. Pops is supposed to have the best bread pudding according to Only in Oklahoma. There are so many options on the menu. Check it out here (note desserts are listed first!).

The lit-up attraction is 66 feet tall. The height is associated with Route 66 which is adjacent to Pops. It’s lit up with LED lights and when the sun sets, watch the different colors take off. If you’re only stopping to fuel up, you can shop for Pops items, or get them online.
