Miami Springs and Virginia Gardens are officially under a Tropical Storm Warning. At 5am this morning, the National Hurricane Center issued a Tropical Storm Warning for Miami-Dade County. Tropical Storm Helene is forecasted to turn into a hurricane in the next 24 hours. And while it is expected to stay west of us, the tropical storm winds may still impact South Florida.
