EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A new kind of affordable housing is coming to Evansville. Leaders with Community Action Program of Evansville and Vanderburgh County, or CAPE, held a ribbon cutting Wednesday afternoon. The two homes, on Cody Street, are just over 600 square feet and are made from shipping containers.
