The Weld County Coroner’s Office identified the victim shot and killed in Greeley after arguing with a gang member about gangs. Gabriel Mauricio, 24, was shot and killed on Sept. 19 around 2 a.m. at a home in the 2700 block of C Street, according to a news release from the coroner’s office. A suspect, 21-year-old Haven Ramirez, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder the same day.
