The Pennyrile Area Development District (PeADD) has been named one of five Veteran Directed Care Program super-hubs in the nation. The care program has recently become available at all Veteran Administration Medical Centers across the country. According to the U.S. Veterans Affairs Department, the care program allows veterans to receive personal care services in a consumer directed way.
