Lubbock woman admits guilt in federal court for possessing stolen mail

LUBBOCK, Texas — Mika Law, 49, has agreed to plead guilty to Possession of Stolen Mail, according to federal court documents obtained on Wednesday.

In one instance, court documents said Law was accused of possessing a stolen cashier’s check in the amount of $9,083.17. She was also accused of forging information to get a check drawn on the Lamesa National Bank worth $1,655.05.

Law, who was recognized by community members multiple times on the social media page, “ Lubbock County Mugshots ,” over the past year, was indicted in federal court in August.
