The University of Louisiana at Lafayette will lower the university flag Thursday in remembrance of a student that died in a car crash. Karson Estilette, 18, died Friday as a result of injuries sustained in a major vehicle crash involving a truck at the intersection of University Avenue and Simcoe Street, according to Lafayette Police.
