A tragic event occurred in Durham as a man was fatally shot late Monday night. Durham Police have confirmed that the victim, 40-year-old Marquis Sinclair of Durham, suffered a gunshot wound in the area of North Hyde Park Avenue and Holloway Street. According to ABC11, the incident happened around 11:35 p.m., following which Sinclair was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
